Der Kaffee wird \u003cstrong\u003eauf natürliche Weise angebaut\u003c\/strong\u003e und von Hand gepflückt und verlesen. Unter der Sonne des Äquators wird der Kaffee anschließend getrocknet.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003ch4\u003eVerarbeitung\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eVom Strauch gepflückt und mitsamt Fruchtfleisch von der Äquatorsonne getrocknet – dies ist die ursprüngliche Form der Aufbereitung von Kaffeekirschen, welche „Natural“ oder auch „unwashed“ genannt wird. Was durch die Trocknung der gesamten Kaffeekirsche über einen verhältnismäßig langen Zeitraum von 14 Tagen entsteht, ist ein besonders fruchtiger und intensiver Kaffee.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4\u003eUnterstützung von Kleinbauern\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMit dem Kauf unseres Kaffees unterstützt Ihr die lokalen Kleinbauern im Nordwesten Kameruns. Wir beziehen unseren Kaffee im direkten Handel mit mehreren Produzentengruppen von insgesamt mehr als 100 Bauernfamilien. Diesen zahlen wir nicht nur einen fairen Preis für ihr Produkt sondern wir unterstützen die Bauern auch durch Entwicklungsprojekte in den Bereichen Bildung, Gesundheit und Infrastruktur.
